CNC MILLING

Our CNC machine park strives to serve the needs of prototype production. Our first and smallest CNC machine is a 4-axis Roland MDX-40A, which we use present days for milling modeling foam and wax. We manufacture composite, industrial plastic, and light metal (bronze, aluminum) parts with our retrofitted Isel GFM 4433 machine, plywood, and MDF parts with our Isel FB2 machine. Our tool changer equipped EMCO VMC100  has an NCT201 controller. This machining center is a great help in the production of small, complex parts. Our external site also has ISEL machines, here the largest machinable flat part can reach 3000x2000 mm.
